This is a collection of resources to expand your knowledge about reproductive justice, and social justice organizations supporting abortion access.


NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Guttmacher Institute – GI combines a picture of data, policy work, and education to protect and advance reproductive rights and health access.

National Abortion Federation (NAF) – The federation is the national organization of abortion providers. They also offer a hotline for abortion information and financial assistance.

National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF) – The umbrella organization for abortion funds in the United States. Start here if you’re looking for a local abortion fund

SisterSong – The core of the reproductive justice movement, SisterSong is a collective of indiginous women and women of color working for reproductive rights and health. SisterSong was started in recognition of the lack of diverse voices in the movement.

Women on Web – Women on Web is an international organization that is working to provide abortion access to women around the world, as well as to de-stigmatize abortion.  They provide excellent information on medical abortions.

Texas

Fund Texas Women – Support for clients traveling to access abortion.

Lilith Fund For Reproductive Justice – South/West Texas Abortion fund.

NARAL Prochoice Texas – Protecting access to reproductive health for Texans

Texas Equal Access Fund (TEA Fund) – DFW/North Texas Abortion fund.

Texas Policy Evaluation Project (TxPEP) – A several year research program to investigate the effect of legislative restrictions on abortion, run out of UT Austin.
